Attorney David Brown

David is a native of Birmingham and is extremely passionate about his city and community. He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and completed law school at the University of Alabama School of Law.

David became a lawyer to forge change in his community. He saw a need and filled it at a very young age – being an advocate for people who needed it most. David has decades of experience in litigation and seeks to provide the very best customer service experience when working with clients.

He discovered his true passion for personal injury after doing defense work representing insurance companies and corporations. David recognized a need to advocate for individuals rather than corporations to ensure cases were evenly matched. His mission is to provide superb representation to his clients and be their voice.

David’s accolades and accomplishments include AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale Hubbell, listed in the Super Lawyers publication for personal injury work, Birmingham Magazine Rising Star, B-Metro Magazine Top Flight Lawyer, listed in Best Lawyers in America publication for commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, and product liability work. During his free time, he enjoys coaching youth sports like basketball and soccer and also participates in marathons. His hobbies include golfing and reading when he has downtime.
